Due to an unforeseen complication during a software update on our platform, there was a temporary malfunction in assigning the correct handler and warehouse to numerous milkrun export shipments. This issue occurred between Sunday and Monday evening.
As a result, shipments that were imported or created during this timeframe may not have the handler relation established, causing them to not appear as “ready” in your milkrun portal. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused and are fully committed to resolving this matter.
Our technical team has identified and corrected the underlying problem, ensuring that all shipments imported after Monday evening, 23:15, will be processed correctly. However, for shipments affected prior to this correction, we kindly request your assistance.
